Great Bike, I love this bike. I bought it because I needed to exercise without stress my back. I had to stop walking and running because of lower back pain (spinal stenosis in wood), but did not want to lose, because I had developed a routine practice. Which can be found almost the cheapest bike better, and Amazon offers a good deal with free shipping. I researched for 3 months. I learned about the recumbent bike, if I wanted to physical therapy. At the end of each meeting is held with the bike for 8 minutes. I was surpised how easy it was. The bike is quiet, has several programs and I can create my own personal schedule. My daughter put together for me, it took about 2-3 hours. My daughter was so impressed with my bike, bought more than one. Less is only the display is too small. Sometimes use a flashlight to see the programs. I'm spreading the word, I love my bike.

I Love My Bike!, I am not a person who loves the exercise, but I really like cycling. I use one of the programs, get my book and read to distract me. The seat is comfortable for my back, and is quiet enough to watch TV, if I want. I had a year and I am so glad I bought it.

Why Spend More $?, Just got her. I do not know why anyone would spend more on a recumbent. E 'comfortable, very quiet, the heart rate monitor is correct, the resistance is more than enough, and the programs are great. Look no further.
My complaint is just beep every 35 seconds when you use a program they are doing, and resistance to change. Not that bad though. I blocked out soon.
