Best Exercise Bike Ever!, First of all, I have free shipping, made within four working days. It is very easy and simple to assemble, my dog would understand. And if the other reviews said a motion was calm, they were not kidding! Makes almost no noise. And the button to change the resistance is light. I would recommend this, every member of the family is looking for an exercise. Personally, I think I have a great product at a really good price.

Let’s look at the needs of a parent who wants to take a young one along for the ride (or run). Some parents know that they will continue running as recreation and exercise even after they have children. In order to do this safely it is often necessary to find specialty equipment. A jogging stroller is certainly one method of including family members. Specially designed bikes that can accommodate small children are also on the priority list for many parents.

Meets Low Expectations, My wife had this since October 2009. Really wanted an all-in-athlete and the possibility for sale at the moment. Three months later, the "you get what you pay for" saying proves true. Again. So do not expect more than what you pay when ordering.

In short, the installation went well. There were some frustrating moments, but eventually we had this thing together in less than one hours. It 'was amazing to work with children. Once it is ready for use, the handbook presents a series of exercises and my wife has tried at all. Have access to a Bowflex, a decent machine and a treadmill and rowing well, leave the NeoShaper after several weeks of trial and returned to his old routine. I expect to have the way to the yard sale next spring.

Heavy Duty!, I bought it because I fell and broke her hip and is too painful to walk long distances for exercise. Sitting keeps the weight on the side so that he can get some exercise too. It seems very well built and I like extra programs for a variety of cycling. I usually read while you do it and time passes quickly. I also use weights for my arms too. The only thing I liked was how there was much work to assemble. There are many hands to put things back together, but it took a little 'to do.
