This bike looks like something out of Star Wars. It 'was delivered on the porch, and I put them in one by one. It took me about 30-45 minutes to build as soon as I put all the pieces on the floor. Manual is in order for assembly, but the instructions and I have no idea where the serial number for registration. I had a coach before, so I could understand how it planned for the process of weight loss and Rollingrun the program. This bike is so quiet that my wife thought that a nap when I was doing a weight loss program. My bike came with an AC adapter, power supply to the control console, instead of batteries. I would definitely recommend this as a good fitness club exercise bike at home. This is a very solid round of even a bit 'bigger than I expected.
